Biophilic Home

With S.H.E.D. Designs, Biomimicry Frontiers helped creatively expand the possibility of a design-build project for a family home. Drawing inspiration from an Arctic Fox, we proposed a house that could “grow” layers, exploring adaptive and decomposable façades. To inspire a biophilic visual connection to nature, we also developed a wind-veil.
