Land Assessment & Master Plan

The New Lowell project was an in-depth exploration of an existing 200-hectare greenfield. Biomimicry Frontiers provided a unique land assessment strategy to identify the natural trajectory of the site and proposed multiple scenarios for resilient development. The scenarios included an iterative growth plan based on hexagonal lots that leveraged existing ecological assets and reduced material costs for the road layout.
