At Biomimicry Frontiers, we are addressing climate change - the biggest challenge of our generation - by drawing on the genius of nature. Since 2017, we’ve been creating award-winning, regenerative designs around the world. And now we want to inspire other sustainable leaders to do the same through the Biomimicry Commons community platform.
The Biomimicry Commons is the fertile ground for next generation thinkers to access their creative potential, transform their design lens, and think, behave, and create from a paradigm that’s inspired by nature. We want to see more sustainable businesses and brands accessing the genius of nature and we need someone special to help us achieve this. We know that we are only as good as the team that drives us.
Position: Coordinator of the Commons
Location: Guelph, Ontario (working remotely until further notice)

Reports to: President, Biomimicry Frontiers
The Opportunity:
As our Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping execute our suite of services for the Biomimicry Commons.
What you’ll do:
Help co-lead a bold execution strategy for the Biomimicry Commons - a “world-changing idea”
Lead launches, marketing and sales
Help coordinate the platforms that will lead to our client’s transformations
Drive the success of this arm of our business via copywriting, client relationships, communications
What you’ll need:
Biomimicry Frontiers is looking for top talent. We want a candidate who is committed to the success of this vision, who can lead with creativity and high level organization, has acute attention to detail, is strong at marketing and sales, and has a strong drive for impeccable execution. They must also have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to see a bold idea grow into something special.
To succeed, you must have:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and an ability to execute a strong vision
Incredible organizational skills
A strong handle on social media and marketing, including online ads, SEO, sales pages, and web page management
Experience in sales and copywriting
Experience building programs, courses, and online platforms
Experience managing thinkific course pages and community platforms (e.g. workplace, slack, etc.)
Excellent visual and writing communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas
A love for the natural world and a positive attitude
An ability to learn quickly and handle highs and lows of start-up experiences

This is a full-time position.
